Sales & CRM

What is CRM (Customer Relationship Management)?

A CRM is a system for managing a business's relationships and interactions with customers and prospects — storing contacts, tracking deals through a pipeline, and coordinating follow-up so nothing slips through the cracks.

At its simplest a CRM is a shared, organised record of who your contacts are and what has happened with each of them. Modern CRMs add pipelines to track opportunities, reminders and automations to handle follow-up, and reporting to show what is working.

The value is consistency: leads get chased, customers get remembered, and the business is not reliant on information living in one person's inbox or head.
