About us
Meet the team
A small team, which is the point: you talk to the people doing the work.
Who you deal with
The people behind Hubb
Michael Taylor
Chief Technology Officer
Michael builds the software. Hubb People, Hubb Stream and everything behind hubbgroup.ae are his work, from the database up — which means when a client asks for something awkward, the answer comes back the same week rather than the next release.
Lauren McGregor
Head of HR
Lauren runs the HR side: 360s, policies, employee relations, onboarding and the day-to-day for the companies we look after. Most of what is in Hubb People started as something she needed on a real Tuesday morning, which is why it behaves the way HR people expect.
