A detailed 360 report can leave a participant unsure where to begin. Development becomes more achievable when the information is reduced to a small number of meaningful priorities.
Start with strengths
Identify capabilities the participant can use to support change. Development should not feel like a list of defects.
Choose one or two behaviours
Connect priorities to the role and business context. Define what the participant will do differently and what colleagues should notice.
