Written comments often become the most memorable part of a 360 report. Vague praise adds little, while personal criticism can cause harm without explaining what should change.
Describe an observed situation
Explain the context and behaviour rather than assigning a personality label. Use examples the participant can recognise.
Explain the impact
Show how the behaviour affected clarity, delivery, trust or the team. Impact helps the participant understand why the point matters.
